Cruzen Murray Library

Caldwell, ID

College of Idaho's signature Library. There are Concealed Sprinklers throughout the tongue and groove hard wood ceiling with a Oval shaped footprint and a con caved roof structure. Due to low City of Caldwell water pressure, this facility utilizes a small 250 GPM booster pump. The Computer IT room is also protected by a clean agent NOVAC 1230 system, as Phoenix also specializes in Clean Agent Systems.

Thunder Ridge High School

Idaho Falls, ID

Idaho's Premier High School at the time of it's construction. Thunder Ridge is a 3 floor classroom building with high open ceilings extending from the floor to the top of the third floor. A concert worthy auditorium and gymnasium. Due to it's height, this building is protected by a standpipe system that has access in all stairwells required by IFC and NFPA 14.
