Design-Build

A good design is the foundation of every high-quality fire sprinkler system. You can count on Phoenix Fire Protection’s exceptional design strength to give you a well-conceived system and to smooth the overall process. As needed, we coordinate our efforts with your architect/engineering firm, as well as your general, electrical, and/or mechanical contractor.

Our Team

Our knowledgeable design teams are experts at coordinating the installation with other trades on the project to ensure smooth performance and on-time completion. Experienced specialists carefully define every detail of your system. For existing structures, this begins with a careful site survey to generate up-to-date, accurate measurements. Using the latest CAD and hydraulics software, we ensure that the overall fire sprinkler design responds to the specific risks and physical layout of your premises.

Your Needs

For fast turnaround on large-scale or multi-site projects, our district offices have ready access to the supplemental design resources of Phoenix Fire Protection’s Central Design Group, based in Nampa, Idaho. If needed, our staff professionals can be deployed to your location for on-site design.

Unlike some suppliers, our capabilities are not limited to particular brands or types of equipment. Phoenix Fire Protection provides system design and installation of fire sprinkler and suppression equipment from all major manufacturers.

Available for the life of your system

Once your system is installed, we’ll keep it operating at peak efficiency. We field only professionally trained, NICET-certified technicians.

Fire sprinkler systems are mechanical systems that typically are not covered by any engineering firms. Fire Protection Engineering is a specialty discipline of the engineering community. Most engineers will defer the fire systems as "deferred submittal".

Phoenix Fire Protection provides full service in the fire protection industry from the ground up, including consulting, estimating, design, fabrication and installation. Phoenix Fire Protection is NICET certified. Phoenix Fire Protection can provide design, layout and calculations for both water and clean agent (total flooding) systems. With our in-house designers Phoenix Fire does not need to go out of our office to consult. Phoenix Fire utilizes SprinkCAD as our calculation engine, which can generate the hydraulics, product lists and more.

Our designers have more than 100 years of combined service and can assist you in any phase of the project.
